Branding and Ongoing Design Work
The Babcock Trophy is the annual rugby union match played between the senior teams of the Royal Navy and British Army at Twickenham Stadium in front of a sell-out 80,000 crowd.
This annual event includes advertising, invitations, signage and htmls. The centre point being 3 huge billboards which are hung inside 'The Spirit of Rugby' (a vast corporate VIP guest area).
CRM SuperStars is a successful supplier of advice, consultancy, implementation and training services to SMEs and corporate clients.
They were keen to demonstrate their key values - trust, collaboration and approachability.
I developed an identity using brightly coloured overlapping letterforms, creating a varied and vivid palette, echoing their exciting mix of services and collaborative ethos.
The colours present in the core logo, cleverly go on to form the corporate colour palette.
1. Babcock International - Limitless
Babcock is a FTSE 100 business and the largest engineering support service in the UK. My Limitless campaign focussed on the broad range of opportunities available at Babcock. The campaigns utilise a wide variety of media, including print, digital, social media, exhibition stands and promotional items.
2. IFoA - Graduate recruitment campaign
The Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) is the UK’s only chartered professional body dedicated to educating, developing and regulating actuaries based both in the UK and internationally.
I created a hard-hitting You do the maths campaign, with a financial focus, to tempt the brightest maths students to consider how challenging and exciting a career as an actuary would be.
3. AB Agri - 2 Sides
AB Agri is a FTSE 100 company and market leader in the production of food, drink and biofuel products.
I came up with a radical 2 Sides campaign that overturned the notion of agriculture as being predominantly for lovers of wellies and muddy fields.
4. Babcock International - Visionary
The Babcock Visionary campaign was devised to broaden the appeal of Babcock to female graduates and counteract the historic male-dominated environment at Babcock. It was a bold step for them not to use their traditional army vehicles as the hero. By using a selection of male and female eye close ups, I was able to give a more sophisticated feel which enabled us to reach more women and more diverse range of graduates than they had ever managed to attract before.

The Women’s Equality Party is a brand new force in UK politics. Uniquely non-partisan, it rejects the traditional left/right divisions and instead calls on people of every political hue to join forces to tackle inequality.
I felt a new form of politics needed a new approach to branding. Instead of choosing a colour and sticking to it, I saw a party which is each and every and any colour.
It’s a powerful way to communicate WE’s point of difference and create a brand which is inclusive, vibrant, and positive.
Virtual Clarity delivers strategic systems transformations, enabling you to create the right environment for successful business change.
I have developed an ever-growing suite of communications for this fast-growing business.
Loserz is a unique social media app. It finds and delivers matches - dieters the same age and weight and who share the same foodie likes and dislikes. Users follow their favourites to build a supportive weight loss group.
I created the identity and every screen before working with a developer to code my design.
Babcock is the UK's leading engineering support services organisation with revenue of over £4.5bn in 2015 and an order book of circa £20 billion.
I was the creative lead in a brand refresh which was required to streamline their corporate style and rationalise their brand assets, to help maintain a consistent identity across the many diverse areas they work in.
We have continued to act as their lead agency responsible for the production of many diverse communication pieces every year.
A repositioning of The Wildlife Trusts as an organisation which is determined to make the most precious environments accessible to everyone who loves the countryside.

Fit Society was specifically set up to target the growing Medtech sector. They organise creative and engaging programmes to upskill entrepreneurs, elevate brands and power small business success.
I created an identity which cleverly fuses a pulse-line with the silhouette of East London (the area they are based) to create a distinct and original mark which neatly conveys the Fit Society story.
